Eurofins Biomed Lab application

Via the Eurofins Biomed Lab application, you have access to the examination catalog to know the number and color of tubes to sample, the sampling manual as well as the results server. By downloading the application, you will digitally sign the agreement.

This application can be downloaded to a smartphone or tablet via Apple Store or Play Store by searching: Eurofins Biomed Lab. You can also access it from a computer by typing: home.ubilab.io to find the many features: examination repository, contact details and opening hours of laboratories and other quality documents.

Material orders are made in the Eurofins Biomed Lab application. You can track order status. The history of all your orders is also available.

The Eurofins Biomnis exam repository smartphone application. This tool allows consultation of the sampling conditions for specialized analyzes intended for Eurofins Biomnis, and is therefore of great interest when samples are taken at patients' homes.

Regulatory context

In accordance with decree 2002-660 of April 30, 2002 relating to the conditions of transmission of biological samples to medical biology analysis laboratories, when the sample is taken by a health professional, the prescription must be accompanied by a transmission form samples containing all the information relating to the patient and useful for carrying out and interpreting the examinations.

Optional administrative information can also be transmitted such as the social security number, the name of the insured person (if different from the beneficiary of care), the health insurance fund, the mutual insurance company (name, AMC number or prefectural code and Expiration date).

If the administrative information is not provided, the total amount of the file will be billed to the patient. A sheet of fees for medical biology procedures will be given to him after receipt of payment by the laboratory. The information provided on the transmission form does not exempt from strict identification of the samples.

Ordonnance:

Si l'ordonnance n'est pas jointe, renseigner le nom du prescripteur et la date de prescription, ainsi que les analyses demandées. Attention : Ces informations sont demandées dans le cas d'une ordonnance renouvelable déjà transmise au laboratoire.

Traitements, renseignements cliniques:

Préciser le traitement et la posologie, l'heure de dernière prise, le poids et la taille du patient en cas de dosage de médicament. Des fiches de renseignements cliniques spécifiques peuvent vous être transmises par le laboratoire.

Demande d'analyses sans ordonnance:

Ce document spécifique à chaque laboratoire vous sera transmis par votre laboratoire de référence.

Refus d'analyses :

Ce document spécifique à chaque laboratoire vous sera transmis par votre laboratoire de référence.

Conditions de prélèvement :

Date et heure du prélèvement, nom du préleveur, patient à jeun ou non.

distances between each collection point and reduction in CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

Waste disposal :

Some Eurofins Biologie Médicale laboratories provide you with individual DASRI bins for healthcare waste with an infectious risk. Once full, they can be returned to the laboratory which will be responsible for destroying the waste. Ask your laboratory for more information.
